Today as I enter into a new concept as a virgin blogger I call for felicitations and encouragement from you my peers. Although I am not actually kicking and screaming “I don’t wanna “ as I teeter on the edge of what previously has been unknown territory I am sure I will respond to a to a gentle pat on my head or a kind word of praise.
Being up front and personal does not come easy for me. For it is only now that I am on the last lap of my mortal coil that I recall these words I heard many years ago;

As a child I enjoyed a poem that so many years later I cannot recall all of those words that meant so much to me. These are what I can remember;
Down in a green and shady bed,
A modest violet grew;
And included the line;
Its stalk was bent, it hung its head
As if to hide from view.
